The Beatitudes makes us to know that every area of our life is a blessing. The Word of God reminds us that we should rejoice in all circumstance because this is the Will of God concerning us. The RCCG Divine Encounter Program which ended last evening has also given us more confidence to know that we are greatly blessed.
Having Faith is very important. Please, don't use your current situation to measure how blessed you are. Have Faith, Trust God and hold on to what God has promised and you will begin to see that you are truly blessed.
I remember years ago when I had to move from one State to another. I had lost a lot, but God was there. I went back to my old job to update my records and trusting God that that they would call me when they had a client for me. They called and gave me a Patient who just had just few days left to live. At first, I didn't want to accept, but I said, "Yes, I will take the client." After my time there, I realized why the Lord made me do that. I realized that even at our lowest times, there are people experiencing worse and we can be a blessing to them. About 2 days after my shift, I got a call to inform me that that client passed away and the family sent a message of gratitude for the care I showed to them during their time of despair.
Friends, I don't know your current situation. But one thing I know is that as long as we have breath, God has a job for us to do. Remain blessed in Jesus Name.
