The Dangers of Satanic Middle Men, But There is Victory Ahead for you when you pray the right prayers

There are people God has assigned to your Destiny to help you in one way or the other but these people are consulting with some middle men who don't like you. These middle men will always discourage them from helping you. Now begin to prayerfully reassign or relocate these middle men somewhere else. Tell God to so occupy them with their own issues so they won't have time to comment on your matter. It's a Spiritual battle but you will overcome in Jesus Name Amen. God bless you. - Martha Iyen

*Scripture*: Daniel 10:11-13
[11]And the man said to me, “Daniel, you are very precious to God, so listen carefully to what I have to say to you. Stand up, for I have been sent to you.” When he said this to me, I stood up, still trembling.
[12]Then he said, “Don’t be afraid, Daniel. Since the first day you began to pray for understanding and to humble yourself before your God, your request has been heard in heaven. I have come in answer to your prayer.
[13]But for twenty-one days the spirit prince of the kingdom of Persia blocked my way. Then Michael, one of the archangels, came to help me, and I left him there with the spirit prince of the kingdom of Persia.

*Prayer*: My Father, my God! Arise and let your enemies be scattered. Rescue me from the shackles of demonic networks and release me into greatness that my Destiny be secure. And plant me on the path of Favour and unhindered blessings in Jesus Name Amen! Thank You JESUS

The Consequences of Church Gossip:

Avoid it. Discourage it. God hates it. Don't talk negatively about your Church leaders, instead pray for them. Read the Scripture below to see how God hates backbiting among His people. If you have a lifestyle of this, ask God for Mercy and have a change. Don't associate with people who Gossip. Many people who talk badly about leaders can't even lead if they were given a chance to. Thanks for reading. - © Martha Iyen #MarthasDailyDevotional

*Scripture Reading*: Numbers 12:1-16

[1]While they were at Hazeroth, Miriam and Aaron criticized Moses because he had married a Cushite woman.

[2]They said, “Has the lord spoken only through Moses? Hasn’t he spoken through us, too?” But the lord heard them.

[3](Now Moses was very humble—more humble than any other person on earth.)

[4]So immediately the lord called to Moses, Aaron, and Miriam and said, “Go out to the Tabernacle, all three of you!” So the three of them went to the Tabernacle.

[5]Then the lord descended in the pillar of cloud and stood at the entrance of the Tabernacle. “Aaron and Miriam!” he called, and they stepped forward.

[6]And the lord said to them, “Now listen to what I say:

“If there were prophets among you,

I, the lord, would reveal myself in visions.

I would speak to them in dreams.

[7]But not with my servant Moses.

Of all my house, he is the one I trust.

[8]I speak to him face to face,

    clearly, and not in riddles!

He sees the lord as he is.

So why were you not afraid

    to criticize my servant Moses?”

[9]The lord was very angry with them, and he departed.

[10]As the cloud moved from above the Tabernacle, there stood Miriam, her skin as white as snow from leprosy. When Aaron saw what had happened to her,

[11]he cried out to Moses, “Oh, my master! Please don’t punish us for this sin we have so foolishly committed.

[12]Don’t let her be like a stillborn baby, already decayed at birth.”

[13]So Moses cried out to the lord, “O God, I beg you, please heal her!”

[14]But the lord said to Moses, “If her father had done nothing more than spit in her face, wouldn’t she be defiled for seven days? So keep her outside the camp for seven days, and after that she may be accepted back.”

[15]So Miriam was kept outside the camp for seven days, and the people waited until she was brought back before they traveled again.

[16]Then they left Hazeroth and camped in the wilderness of Paran.

*Prayer*: Dear Lord, I repent from any form of gossip or negative talk about my Spiritual Leaders in the Church. Help me to live a Holy life, in Jesus Name Amen.

Welcome to 2024: Today's Devotional:

Set healthy boundaries & don't keep malice.

You can be civil and greet someone nicely but it doesn't make them automatically invited to your trust circle. Now you know the difference. Have sense this year. Stop disgracing our Christian Faith by keeping malice with people. Thank you.

For example, if I know for sure someone is a thief, I will greet him very well because he is a human being & Christ died for him. And am to show love to everyone & be civil. But I don't trust him enough to bring him inside my house and show him where I keep my jewelries. You get it? Be wise.

If I don't show the thief the Agape love now, how will he change? Because, in time, he will change when he receives Salvation. And that time, he becomes adopted into the Household of Faith. He is then my brother in Christ. Remember how Christ died on the cross with two thieves? He allowed the saved one into His Kingdom, but the other he rejected. This day, I bring you GoodNews: Scripture says, "Though your sins be as scarlet, shall be white as snow." Jesus loves you.

Romans 8:1-2

[1]So now there is no condemnation for those who belong to Christ Jesus.

[2]And because you belong to him, the power of the life-giving Spirit has freed you from the power of sin that leads to death.

Isaiah 1:18-20

[18]“Come now, let’s settle this,”

    says the lord.

“Though your sins are like scarlet,

I will make them as white as snow.

Though they are red like crimson,

I will make them as white as wool.

[19]If you will only obey me,

you will have plenty to eat.

[20]But if you turn away and refuse to listen,

you will be devoured by the sword of your enemies.

    I, the lord, have spoken!”

If you need Jesus in your life, please pray this: 'Dear Lord Jesus, I accept you as my Lord & Saviour. Please come into my life, save my soul. Forgive me from all my sins. I want to live & work for you. Thank You Jesus. Amen.' Welcome brother/sister, You are saved. Look for a Bible Believing Church near you, & attend. Write to me so I rejoice with you: t.me/marthaiyen

Dear Readers, Pray: 'Dear Lord, help us to love like you. Give us Wisdom to live safely, in Jesus Name Amen.'

Christ, Our Supreme Guide:

 Christ, Our Supreme Guide:

Beloved, know God for yourself. Know His voice. Don't let anyone deceive you and talk you out of God's Plan & Purpose. Be very watchful and prayerful. Every person has 3 voices speaking through them at different times: God, Self or Satan. Have the Gift of Discernment to know the difference each time. That's why Christ turned to Peter and said, "Get thee behind me Satan!" Because He knew that wasn't Peter or the Holy Spirit speaking. But when God spoke through Peter, Christ said, "Flesh & Blood didn't reveal this to you." Awake all you who sleep in ignorance & take your Destiny in your hands with Christ as your Supreme Guide. - Martha Iyen

Bible Reading:

1st Kings 13

And, behold, there came a man of God out of Judah by the word of the Lord unto Bethel: and Jeroboam stood by the altar to burn incense.

2 And he cried against the altar in the word of the Lord, and said, O altar, altar, thus saith the Lord; Behold, a child shall be born unto the house of David, Josiah by name; and upon thee shall he offer the priests of the high places that burn incense upon thee, and men's bones shall be burnt upon thee.

3 And he gave a sign the same day, saying, This is the sign which the Lord hath spoken; Behold, the altar shall be rent, and the ashes that are upon it shall be poured out.

4 And it came to pass, when king Jeroboam heard the saying of the man of God, which had cried against the altar in Bethel, that he put forth his hand from the altar, saying, Lay hold on him. And his hand, which he put forth against him, dried up, so that he could not pull it in again to him.

5 The altar also was rent, and the ashes poured out from the altar, according to the sign which the man of God had given by the word of the Lord.

6 And the king answered and said unto the man of God, Intreat now the face of the Lord thy God, and pray for me, that my hand may be restored me again. And the man of God besought the Lord, and the king's hand was restored him again, and became as it was before.

7 And the king said unto the man of God, Come home with me, and refresh thyself, and I will give thee a reward.

8 And the man of God said unto the king, If thou wilt give me half thine house, I will not go in with thee, neither will I eat bread nor drink water in this place:

9 For so was it charged me by the word of the Lord, saying, Eat no bread, nor drink water, nor turn again by the same way that thou camest.

10 So he went another way, and returned not by the way that he came to Bethel.

11 Now there dwelt an old prophet in Bethel; and his sons came and told him all the works that the man of God had done that day in Bethel: the words which he had spoken unto the king, them they told also to their father.

12 And their father said unto them, What way went he? For his sons had seen what way the man of God went, which came from Judah.

13 And he said unto his sons, Saddle me the ass. So they saddled him the ass: and he rode thereon,

14 And went after the man of God, and found him sitting under an oak: and he said unto him, Art thou the man of God that camest from Judah? And he said, I am.

15 Then he said unto him, Come home with me, and eat bread.

16 And he said, I may not return with thee, nor go in with thee: neither will I eat bread nor drink water with thee in this place:

17 For it was said to me by the word of the Lord, Thou shalt eat no bread nor drink water there, nor turn again to go by the way that thou camest.

18 He said unto him, I am a prophet also as thou art; and an angel spake unto me by the word of the Lord, saying, Bring him back with thee into thine house, that he may eat bread and drink water. But he lied unto him.

19 So he went back with him, and did eat bread in his house, and drank water.

20 And it came to pass, as they sat at the table, that the word of the Lord came unto the prophet that brought him back:

21 And he cried unto the man of God that came from Judah, saying, Thus saith the Lord, Forasmuch as thou hast disobeyed the mouth of the Lord, and hast not kept the commandment which the Lord thy God commanded thee,

22 But camest back, and hast eaten bread and drunk water in the place, of the which the Lord did say to thee, Eat no bread, and drink no water; thy carcase shall not come unto the sepulchre of thy fathers.

23 And it came to pass, after he had eaten bread, and after he had drunk, that he saddled for him the ass, to wit, for the prophet whom he had brought back.

24 And when he was gone, a lion met him by the way, and slew him: and his carcase was cast in the way, and the ass stood by it, the lion also stood by the carcase.

25 And, behold, men passed by, and saw the carcase cast in the way, and the lion standing by the carcase: and they came and told it in the city where the old prophet dwelt.

26 And when the prophet that brought him back from the way heard thereof, he said, It is the man of God, who was disobedient unto the word of the Lord: therefore the Lord hath delivered him unto the lion, which hath torn him, and slain him, according to the word of the Lord, which he spake unto him.

27 And he spake to his sons, saying, Saddle me the ass. And they saddled him.

28 And he went and found his carcase cast in the way, and the ass and the lion standing by the carcase: the lion had not eaten the carcase, nor torn the ass.

29 And the prophet took up the carcase of the man of God, and laid it upon the ass, and brought it back: and the old prophet came to the city, to mourn and to bury him.

30 And he laid his carcase in his own grave; and they mourned over him, saying, Alas, my brother!

31 And it came to pass, after he had buried him, that he spake to his sons, saying, When I am dead, then bury me in the sepulchre wherein the man of God is buried; lay my bones beside his bones:

32 For the saying which he cried by the word of the Lord against the altar in Bethel, and against all the houses of the high places which are in the cities of Samaria, shall surely come to pass.

33 After this thing Jeroboam returned not from his evil way, but made again of the lowest of the people priests of the high places: whosoever would, he consecrated him, and he became one of the priests of the high places.

34 And this thing became sin unto the house of Jeroboam, even to cut it off, and to destroy it from off the face of the earth.

A Good Name:

Sometimes, your choice of acquaintances can prevent you from good things. Please, be careful who you hang out with. Some people don't have good reputation. Don't stain your good name. For example, if you are always hanging out with kidnappers, when police catch you there, they will arrest you and them. - Martha Iyen #LifeLesson

Proverbs 22:1
[1]If you must choose, take a good name rather than great riches; for to be held in loving esteem is better than silver and gold.

Prayer:
Dear Lord, anyway we may have stained our good name with ignorance, please forgive us and give us good name. Give us the Gift of Discernment and Wisdom. Teach us how to love all and associate but bc wise in our friendships. In Jesus Name Amen. #MarthasDailyDevotional

Stay On Course:

If 5yr old kid knows something you don't know, humble yourself and learn. You can be an expert auto mechanic, but if you want to learn how to repair generators, you have to start from bottom. That is life. When David wore King Saul's Armour, he couldn't fight with it because it wasn't the method that trained him. And later on, this differences created an issue between the two. Saul became envious as well even when he had a "higher status" in the society. Dear upcoming young people, the system is rough. Your zeal will arouse envy & love in two major types of people. It's that zeal that will transform the dead systems of Nigeria. Discern. Not everyone is your friend.

Scripture Reading: 1st Kings 13:11-24; vs. 26, "Now there dwelt an old prophet in Beth-el; and his sons came and told him all the works that the man of God had done that day in Beth-el: the words which he had spoken unto the king, them they told also to their father.

Key Point: Don't be distracted. Be obidient to the One who created & equipped you. Focus on your purpose. The wrong people don't need to understand. The right people will. Focus on the right people.

Prayer: I pray this day: Y(our) destiny will not be cut short by distractions in Jesus Name Amen. With long life God shall satisfy us in Jesus Name Amen. God bless you. - Martha Iyen #MarthasDailyDevotional

Avoid Faulty Foundations:

If you plan to be great in life, avoid faulty foundations. If you "kill" to get into a position, your exit of the position will be very disgraceful. Bible says, "Promotion comes not from the East nor West, promotion comes from the Lord. If they killed your character to get there, God will un-sit them. Child of God, weep not. God is fighting your battles.❤️

While they go diabolical, you go scriptural. Allow the Scriptures to be your incantation. Scripture says, 'the weapons of our warfare are not canal but they mighty through God through the pulling down of strongholds. Evil shall slay the wicked and those that hate the righteous shall be desolate.' And pray in the Holy Ghost.

Esther 7:10, "So they hanged Haman on the gallows that he had prepared for Mordecai. Then was the king's wrath pacified."

The Lord is On Your Side:

Although am still learning, but God has taken me through a school of life that I have come to understand that there is no substance in "things." The only value you have is what has been invested in you either by yourself or by others. If a storm hits, will you still stand? Or will you break down because all your GUCCI bags were swept away by flood? Or will you hold on to the promises of God that says: "if you go through Fire, I will be with you. The Lord is closest to those who are heartbroken. Many are the afflictions of the righteous but God deliver him out of them all. Weeping may endure for the night but Joy comes in the morning." Beloved, hold on to Christ & He will see you through.

Years ago, my sister was taken away from us. I thank God for audio Bible then in America. I don't remember who gifted it to my Mom. But my job was to come and turn the Casseste when one side finished playing. Me and my Mom then in America kept replaying the Word of God. She would say, "even if you see me sleeping, just come and change the tape." God is Faithful. God got us through. One time I lost everything and only the Bible could comfort me. Today, God has given me more than I lost. Stay hopeful guys.

Good morning. Go out and win. The Lord is on your side.❤️ #MarthasDailyDevotional

Remembering A Gospel Icon: Mama Christiana.

Having Spiritual Children Should Be A Goal To All Believers:

I had an Aunt who lived to be 97years old before she went home to be with the Lord. She was actually the first Christian in our family. She brought my Dad to Christ and there after, others got to know the Lord. Before she died, she worried where she would be buried since she had no surviving biological children and so she told my Dad her worries. She kept on serving the Lord and told God how she wanted to die, peacefully. And God answered her prayers. On the day of her burial, her Spiritual Sons and Daughters showd up in numbers and in cash. Her village said they had never seen great honour like that before. She was buried like a Queen and God took the Glory. Her surving siblings, nephews, nieces, everyone were all overjoyed and all kept saying, "it pays to serve the Lord." God does not abandon His own. God bless you. - Martha Iyen
